Every candidate will undergo an initial screening interview to understand their skillset, experience and overall suitability for the role. We ensure they have a good knowledge of your business and the opportunity.

Engagement

All parties will be kept consistently informed and engaged throughout the process with weekly or bi-weekly checkpoint meetings for maximum visibility and accountability.

Deliver

We present each candidate to you with a summary of their suitability and details of what they’re looking for. We manage the offer process and keep all parties engaged throughout the onboarding journey.

We survey every candidate we work with and provide you with this feedback to gain an appreciation of their experience throughout the process and the subsequent impact on their perception of your business.
